bValue Invests €10M in Xtreme Brands

bValue Fund Invests €10M in Xtreme Brands to Accelerate Expansion and Drive Digital Transformation Across CEE

Poland-based growth equity investor bValue Fund has committed €10 million (PLN 43 million) for a minority stake in Xtreme Brands, a leading Polish franchise network focused on fitness and wellbeing. The funding aims to accelerate Xtreme Brands’ regional expansion and support its digital transformation.

Founded in 2012, Xtreme Brands operates over 100 modern fitness clubs under the Xtreme Fitness Gyms banner, predominantly in underserved Polish towns with populations under 100,000. The company also runs Xtreme KiDS, a growing network of four development-focused spaces for children, combining physical activity with play and learning.

“This partnership does not change our direction—it empowers us to reach our full potential,” said Łukasz Dojka, Founder & Chairman of Xtreme Brands. “One of our goals is to become the largest fitness and wellbeing franchise in Central and Eastern Europe by 2030.”

bValue’s Managing Partner, Maciej Balsewicz, emphasized the fund’s role in supporting digital innovation within the portfolio:

“Our tech expertise and hands-on experience will help Xtreme Brands develop new digital products and services that bring customers closer to the brand, and offer tangible benefits to franchisees.”

Strategic Alignment & Sector Growth

The investment comes at a pivotal moment. With an estimated 7 million adults in Poland lacking access to quality sports infrastructure, Xtreme Brands is addressing a major gap by targeting mid-sized cities and delivering accessible fitness experiences. The company grew rapidly in 2024, adding 42 new locations in a single year.

This deal marks bValue’s third investment in 2025 and reinforces its position as one of the region’s most active investors. The fund’s recent investments also include Fudo Security and Solidstudio, demonstrating a continued commitment to innovation across multiple sectors.

With bValue’s backing, Xtreme Brands plans to enhance its data-driven operations, improve franchisee support, and expand into new markets across Central and Eastern Europe.
