Founders Path Wins EduTech Masters 2025
Founders Path wins EduTech Masters 2025 for AI that predicts future startup founders
Polish startup Founders Path has been named the winner of EduTech Masters 2025, a prestigious award recognizing innovation in education. Despite being just four months old, the startup is already gaining attention for its bold mission: using artificial intelligence to identify which teenagers are most likely to become future startup founders.

Founded by Aron Formela, Founders Path has already attracted over 600 families into its youth development program. The company’s approach is unconventional—rather than waiting for talent to emerge in universities or incubators, it aims to spot it much earlier. “We’re not just teaching teenagers how business works,” says Formela. “We’re identifying those with real founder potential and offering them professional, tailored support at the most critical stage of their development.”
At the core of Founders Path is a proprietary AI system that analyzes individual progress, recommends career pathways, helps construct project teams, and—most notably—predicts which participants may one day build successful ventures. The model tracks both hard and soft skill development and is continuously fed data from workshops, mentoring, and prototype-building sessions.
“We treat education like venture capital—but instead of betting on companies, we invest in people,” says Formela. “This is not about lectures or business simulations. Teens in our program form real teams, build actual prototypes, and pitch to investors. We’re creating an environment where they feel like future leaders—not just students.”
The startup’s growing reputation has attracted some notable names. Tomek Plata, co-founder of Autenti, has joined as an investor and advisor. Meanwhile, Jeremy Williams—an education innovator with ties to European startup ecosystems—is leading international expansion from Paris. Plans to launch programs in other European countries are already underway for 2025.
Formela and his team are now preparing for a funding round. “We’re looking for investors who believe in our long-term vision—building business potential before the age of 20,” he notes. “Founders Path was designed from day one to be scalable globally, and now we’re ready to take that step.”
