Founded in 2019 by Andrew Cetinic, PeopleForce offers a cloud-based solution designed to streamline every stage of the employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding to performance management and employee engagement.

The company now serves over 1,300 clients in 30 countries, including major Polish brands such as Autenti, eSky Group, and Brand24, as well as international names like TestDevLabs, Paysera, and Ajax Systems. PeopleForce reports over 100,000 active users and an 80% increase in global ARR over the past 12 months. In key markets like Poland and Latin America, revenue grew 2.5x during the same period.

Strategic Backing from Leading Investors

Pracuj Ventures, a leading HR-tech fund in Central Europe, reaffirmed its commitment to PeopleForce after joining an earlier €1.85 million seed round in 2024. “Their innovative approach to HR automation and client-centric vision make them a standout in the HR tech space,” said Paweł Leks, Managing Partner at Pracuj Ventures.

u.ventures, a Chicago-based fund with Ukrainian roots, co-led the round, while Dnipro VC (a Silicon Valley fund focused on early-stage innovation) and Sturgeon Capital (a London-based investor in frontier markets) joined as new backers.

What’s Next for PeopleForce

With fresh capital in hand, PeopleForce plans to expand its local go-to-market teams, develop region-specific automation features, and accelerate product innovation through close collaboration with clients.

According to Mykola Mykhaylov, co-CEO of PeopleForce:

“Thanks to this investment, we’re able to strengthen our position in rapidly growing regions and continue our mission of transforming HR processes globally.”

The company aims to generate its first international revenues from new markets in 2025, leveraging partnerships and demand in Latin America and the Nordics.
