Replenit Attracts Global Investors

Polish AI Startup Replenit Attracts Global Investors to Fuel International Expansion

Replenit, a Polish startup founded by a team of Turkish entrepreneurs, has secured funding from a group of international investors to accelerate its global growth and deepen its artificial intelligence capabilities. While the amount raised has not been disclosed, the company emphasized that the round marks a pivotal moment in its development.

The funding round was led by Logo Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on backing early-stage, tech-driven startups in Europe and Turkey. Other notable investors include Caucasus Ventures, Galata Business Angels, and well-known individual investors such as Kaan Boyner, Görkem Güven, Varol Civil, Arif Akdağ, Ata Uzunhasan, Özgür Erdem, and Tunç Berkman—all prominent figures in the regional innovation ecosystem.

“This investment will help us accelerate our international expansion, continue to advance our AI capabilities, and form new strategic partnerships,” Replenit stated in its announcement.

A Platform That Powers Intelligent, Repeat Commerce

Replenit offers an AI-powered solution that helps e-commerce brands increase customer retention and drive recurring purchases. The startup’s platform uses real-time behavioral data and predictive analytics to personalize the timing and channels of customer engagement. By leveraging advanced machine learning, Replenit ensures that users receive purchase reminders or offers exactly when they need them—maximizing convenience and brand loyalty.

In essence, Replenit is solving a critical problem in online retail: customer churn and low repeat purchase rates. With its plug-and-play technology, brands can integrate Replenit’s system to create frictionless reordering experiences across digital channels, including email, SMS, and in-app notifications.

“Our AI-powered platform enables brands to engage with their customers at the right time and through the right channels, creating seamless and personalized shopping experiences,” the founders explained.

Rapid Global Traction

Despite being in its early stages, Replenit has already landed clients in the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Turkey—a strong signal of product-market fit and global demand. The company’s rapid traction is also bolstered by its base at Google Campus Warsaw, a startup hub and community space that supports tech startups across Central and Eastern Europe.

Replenit’s founding team brings a strong mix of e-commerce, AI, and customer experience expertise, which has helped them shape a product with direct commercial impact.

Backing from a Strong Investor Network

The round’s lead investor, Logo Ventures, has previously backed startups with high-growth potential across AI, fintech, and SaaS. The involvement of Galata Business Angels—Turkey’s first angel investor network—and the strategic participation of seasoned business leaders from fintech, retail, and AI industries, provides Replenit not only with capital but also access to a wealth of experience and regional networks.

What’s Next for Replenit?

With fresh funding in place, Replenit plans to:

  • Scale operations in the U.S. and key European markets

  • Enhance its AI algorithms for more precise personalization

  • Form strategic partnerships with global e-commerce and retail brands

  • Expand its team of data scientists and engineers

As global e-commerce platforms continue to compete for customer attention and loyalty, Replenit’s approach to predictive engagement and intelligent reordering is carving out a new category within retention-focused martech.

If successful, the company has the potential to become a key player in the future of AI-enabled commerce, where customer loyalty is driven not by discounting, but by intelligent, contextual, and timely experiences.
