A Campaign to Inspire and Educate
The campaign comes as a response to an eye-opening statistic: one in four Poles cannot name a single Polish innovation or brand they are proud of. Recognizing this gap in awareness, Olga Kozierowska, the campaign’s initiator and a member of the NGP Council for Poland’s EU Presidency, launched a nationwide educational and promotional initiative.
“The sad thing is that every fourth Pole cannot name a single Polish campaign or brand they are proud of. Knowing this, we decided to launch a major educational initiative as well,” – Olga Kozierowska, campaign initiator
At the heart of the campaign is a powerful promotional video, available in Polish and English, showcasing Poland’s most groundbreaking achievements in technology, engineering, and business.
Who’s Involved?
As of its official launch, 31 leading Polish companies have already joined the movement, demonstrating the strength and diversity of Polish innovation. Among them:
🚆 Pesa – Poland’s leading train manufacturer, recognized across Europe for its modern railway solutions.
💳 BLIK – A revolutionary payment system that has transformed the way Poles conduct digital transactions.
The campaign doesn’t stop at Poland’s borders. Next Wednesday, “We Did It in Poland” will make its European debut in Brussels, bringing Polish innovations to the heart of the EU.
Why It Matters
Poland has long been a hub of creativity and resilience, producing world-class technologies, startups, and industrial advancements. This campaign is an opportunity to correct outdated perceptions and showcase Poland’s role in shaping the future of Europe.
With global markets becoming increasingly competitive, building a strong national brand is crucial. Through strategic storytelling and promotion, “We Did It in Poland” aims to inspire both Poles and the international community to recognize and celebrate Poland’s contributions.
