The seventh edition of the annual ABSL (Association of Business Service Leaders) Conference was the most anticipated event for modern business services in Central and Eastern Europe.

Given its ongoing transformation into a complex filled with art and culture, Katowice was the perfect host. The scenery and character of the city perfectly matched this year's conference slogan: "Let's change. Let's change the world." Among such a large number of great personalities among the speakers, Dariusz Lis, Managing Partner of InnoMentors, also appeared on the stage. He gave a presentation about the role of Design Thinking in IT centers and the creation and development of products.

It was a hefty dose of knowledge about Design Thinking methods and why and how companies can use them to gain a competitive advantage.
