📅 Monday, December 15, 2025, #336 [warsztaty dla dzieci] A. Topczewska Pińczuk: Warsztaty z książką Kyre i kosmiczna przepowiednia [Best for Parents in Agile Warsaw Community] [FREE]
Bringing the Agile Warsaw community together in a new way, this special edition of our meetup invites not the adults but their children. Designed for participants aged 7 to 12, the workshop introduces young learners to teamwork, STEM concepts, cyber awareness, and creative problem solving, all through the world of the book Kyre i kosmiczna przepowiednia. Hosted at DXC Technology in Warsaw, the event blends storytelling with playful exercises that mirror the collaborative spirit valued in modern tech teams. Children will work with the book’s co author, explore challenges inspired by real technology scenarios, and discover how even complex ideas like safe password creation or misinformation can be understood through clear, engaging activities.
Set in a secure and welcoming environment for families, the session offers two hours of fully guided interaction supported by experienced facilitators, with a strong focus on cooperation, communication, and curiosity. As the year comes to a close, this workshop provides an opportunity for parents to share their community with their children, introducing them to the values of agility, teamwork, and continuous learning. Registration is capped at 20 children, ensuring small group dynamics and hands on participation throughout the program.
The workshop opens with a short introduction to the Kyre universe and then transitions into interactive stations where children work together to solve missions tied to the book’s themes. These activities include decoding story elements, practicing teamwork challenges, and crafting a safe password through simple but memorable techniques. Parents remain on site as guardians while the facilitators lead the educational flow. Attendees are reminded to arrive early, as DXC Technology requires full names and valid photo ID for all adults entering the building.
The event is part of an ongoing effort by Agile Warsaw to extend educational opportunities beyond traditional meetups and support next generation learning in STEM and digital safety. With a small group format, a well structured plan, and a welcoming host venue providing water, tea, coffee, and light snacks, this workshop promises an inspiring afternoon for children who love stories and are curious about how technology shapes the world of tomorrow.
