📅 Wednesday, November 26, 2025
Full title: Pitch Me Baby Warsaw Vol. 30 – Honest Pitching, Instant Feedback [Best for Founders & Investors] [FREE]
Location: PKO Bank Polski, Marszałkowska 100/102, Warszawa, Poland
Pitch Me Baby returns to the capital with its 30th Warsaw edition, offering another dynamic evening of real feedback, meaningful connections, and startup energy. Founded in Warsaw but now with editions across CEE, Germany, Austria, Singapore, and Portugal, Pitch Me Baby has grown into a recognized platform for early-stage founders to refine their pitches in front of a curated audience.
This time, the event will take place at the iconic Rotunda PKO BP. Doors open at 18:00, and the pitching starts sharp at 18:30. Up to 8 selected startup teams will have exactly 5 minutes each to pitch their ideas, followed by raw, unscripted, and practical feedback from the audience — made up of seasoned investors, mentors, and peers.
Pitch Me Baby is known for its no-fluff, all-substance format. There are no panels, no endless slides, no echo chambers. Just founders and their ideas, exposed and tested in real-time. Whether you’re a startup looking to validate your idea, an investor looking for early-stage deals, or a mentor eager to give back — this event is for you.
The 2024/2025 Strategic Partner is PKO Bank Polski S.A., supporting the startup ecosystem through the Let’s Fintech acceleration program. Additionally, Benchy — the AI-powered founder benchmarking platform — joins as an ecosystem partner, offering 3 months of full access to all pitching startups and exclusive discounts to attendees who register via the official link.
The format is straightforward:
8 startups
5 minutes to pitch
Direct feedback from mentors and investors
A crowd that includes founders (50%), investors (19%), and startup supporters (30%)
Average on-site attendance: 100+ participants, with a 75% show-up rate
Attendance is free, but registration through the official Luma page is mandatory. Note that all registrations are manually vetted. Providing a complete LinkedIn profile and accurate background information significantly increases the chance of confirmation. Those registering only via Meetup or without sufficient information may be refused at the door.
Expect an honest, energetic atmosphere with founders who aren’t afraid to be challenged. If you’re looking for validation, support, or just want to see what Warsaw’s startup scene has to offer, this is your night.
