Founded in Rovereto, Italy, Spedire.com and SpedirePRO handle more than 400,000 shipments annually, offering streamlined logistics solutions to both businesses and consumers. Their services include carrier integrations with UPS, FedEx, InPost, and Poste Italiane, as well as features such as cash-on-delivery, triangulated shipping, and real-time parcel management.

According to Luca Lorenzini, CEO and founder of Spedire.com and SpedirePRO, joining Alsendo represents a natural next step in their growth. “Now, by becoming part of a larger group with international expertise, we’re in a stronger position to scale our business, strengthen our presence in the Italian market, and offer even greater value to our customers,” Lorenzini stated.

Alsendo, backed by its acquisition strategy, previously acquired Romanian startups Innoship (a delivery management platform) and Ecolet, reinforcing its foothold in Central and Eastern Europe. Its platform offers businesses end-to-end shipping technology, including:

  • Marketplace integrations

  • Courier API connections

  • Delivery Management System (DMS) solutions via Innoship

  • Alsendo Business Pro: a SaaS suite for e-commerce logistics, marketing, and customer support

  • Alsendo International: cross-border logistics services

With the Esite acquisition, Alsendo now holds 100% ownership of both Spedire.com and SpedirePRO. The deal not only opens doors to the Italian logistics market but also strengthens Alsendo’s capability to support e-commerce growth across Western Europe.

This move cements Alsendo’s vision of becoming a European leader in delivery technology and post-purchase experience—offering scalable, tech-driven shipping solutions for businesses of all sizes.
