Warsaw-Based Global Work Raises $1.25 Million Pre-Seed to Expand Its AI-Powered Job Search Platform
Global Work, a Warsaw-based startup founded by Belarusians Alex Chepovoi and Alex Dyadischev, has secured $1.25 million in pre-seed funding to advance its AI-driven job search platform designed to simplify and automate the recruitment process for specialists seeking new opportunities.

Launched in 2023, Global Work focuses on serving remote workers by offering a range of AI-powered tools that streamline every stage of the job search. Each job listing on the platform is processed by artificial intelligence to ensure highly relevant matches for candidates. Additional features include a CV Builder, an AI-powered Cover Letter generator, and AutoApply, which automates applications based on user profiles and preferences.
The pre-seed funding round was led by TMT Investments, a venture capital firm known for backing early-stage technology startups. The round also attracted participation from Pre-Seed To Succeed, an investment program initiated by Ukrainian-founded I2BF Global Ventures, alongside funds established by Russian entrepreneurs, including AltaIR Capital, Yellow Rocks, and Smart Partnership Capital.
TMT Investments, founded by Maxim Nogotkov and Igor Shoifot, also manages Toloka VC, offering global investors access to diversified early-stage technology portfolios. Pre-Seed To Succeed supports startups with MVPs and initial traction, focusing on sectors such as B2B SaaS, fintech, AI, productivity tools, digital health, and HR technology.
With this funding, Global Work plans to accelerate the development of its AI capabilities. Upcoming features include a career guidance test to help users identify suitable career paths and personalized interview preparation tools offering coaching tailored to individual candidates.
Global Work aims to position itself as a comprehensive platform for remote job seekers, combining advanced AI technology with a user-centric approach to modernize the recruitment experience.
