Ouli Redefining Scar Therapy at Home
Ouli secures pre-seed funding to launch clinical evaluation of its home-based scar therapy system.
Polish healthtech startup Ouli has closed its first investment round to accelerate the clinical evaluation of its innovative device for scar therapy after cesarean sections. The solution targets a highly specific niche—postpartum scar treatment—emphasizing at-home use, patient comfort, and system scalability across both public and private healthcare systems.

Amid growing investor interest in healthtech, especially AI and hardware-based solutions, Ouli stands out for its focused value proposition. Designed to enable independent treatment without the constant involvement of medical personnel, the system responds to the increasing demand for remote, scalable, and personalized medical technologies. The first pilot group of patients is already testing the product in collaboration with medical institutions and academic partners in Poland. Conversations with international clinics about pilot deployments are also underway.
The round was led by Wojciech Faszczewski, a healthcare executive and CEO of Coloplast Business Centre in Szczecin—part of Coloplast A/S, a global medtech company based in Denmark. Faszczewski is also an active early-stage investor and mentor in U.S. and Israeli medtech ecosystems. His involvement brings not just capital, but deep expertise in scaling medical products, structuring hospital partnerships, and navigating international expansion.
“This moment marks a key turning point for us,” said Hanna Harkawy, founder of Ouli. “We’re moving beyond the bootstrapped phase into one of strategic development. Partnering with an investor who has direct, hands-on medtech experience gives us both financial stability and access to critical operational know-how.”
With funding secured and clinical evaluation underway, Ouli is on track to pursue certification and scale into global markets.
