A major shift came from growth-stage and follow-on funding, with 17 later-stage rounds, accounting for nearly half of all transactions. While seed rounds still dominate, more mature companies like ElevenLabs and Nomagic helped drive the totals, raising over PLN 700 million and PLN 140 million, respectively.
The involvement of international funds remains high, with 42% of total capital coming from global investors like Andreessen Horowitz and ICONIQ Growth, showing ongoing confidence in Poland’s innovation ecosystem. Meanwhile, PFR Ventures supported 10 out of the 35 deals, representing nearly 40% of total capital, reinforcing the role of public co-financing in the ecosystem.
The report highlights growing interest in Series A and later-stage deals, with 8 Series A rounds and 4 more advanced-stage transactions, suggesting a broader VC shift toward scaling proven models rather than early bets.
